We’re looking for a talented, passionate Head Chef – North Indian Cuisine to join our growing team and help curate an exceptional dining experience.

Your Role

As Head Chef for our North Indian kitchen, you will:

  •  Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to consistently deliver authentic, high-quality North Indian dishes.
  •   Curate, develop, and evolve a menu showcasing traditional favourites alongside contemporary takes.
  •   Ensure excellent kitchen operations, hygiene, HACCP compliance, and stock control.
  •   Work closely with management to manage food costs, portion control, and seasonal offerings.
  •   Train, develop, and mentor junior chefs to maintain standards and nurture talent.
  •   Collaborate with other chefs to ensure harmony and timely service across the kitchen.

Working Hours

  •   37.5 hours per week.
  •   Flexibility is essential as weekend working is required.

Who We’re Looking For

  •   Degree or formal qualification in Hospitality / Culinary Arts.
  •   At least 10 years of experience in North Indian cuisine, with proven expertise in managing a busy kitchen.
  •   Experience working in a minimum 100-seat restaurant or similar high-volume environment.
  •   Deep knowledge of North Indian spices, techniques, and presentation.
  •   Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  •   Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced service environment while maintaining excellence.

The Role

As our Dosa and Tandoor Chef, you will:

  •   Take full responsibility for the dosa and tandoor section of the kitchen
  •   Prepare and serve a wide variety of dosas (at least 15 types) to an authentic, consistent standard.
  •   Cook and serve a range of naans and breads (minimum 6 varieties) in the tandoor.
  •   Manage service and ensure orders from the dosa and tandoor section are prepared efficiently and to a high standard
  •   Work closely with the head chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  •   Maintain hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times.
  •   Train and support junior staff in dosa and tandoor techniques

What We’re Looking For

  •   Minimum 5 years’ professional experience working in dosa and tandoor stations in a busy, high-quality Indian kitchen.
  •   Strong skills in preparing, cooking and presenting at least 15 authentic dosa varieties.
  •   Skilled in tandoor cooking and making at least 6 types of naan and Indian breads.
  •   Ability to handle high volume orders during peak times while maintaining quality.
  •   Good organisational and communication skills
  •   A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
  •   Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

About the Role

The Floor Manager will oversee and coordinate the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience. You’ll lead and motivate the FOH team, maintain service standards, and act as a key point of contact for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to craft innovative and classic cocktails, serve a full bar menu, and bring flair and personality to the NH44 experience.

Responsibilities

  •   Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
  •  Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  •   Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and deliver great service.

About the Role

The Kitchen Manager will oversee the organisational and operational aspects of the kitchen, working closely with our head chefs and the front of house team to maintain quality, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control
  •   Monitor and enforce kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  •  Oversee the consistency and presentation of all dishes leaving the kitchen.
  •   Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all menu items to ensure consistent execution.
Scheduling & Team Coordination:-
  •   Prepare and manage kitchen staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

Inventory & Stock Control:-
